Hi! I'm Lisa 💫

I'm a wife to a USAF Veteran 🇺🇸 a mom of 2 kick-ass kids ⚾️🎨 and an F bomb enthusiast 💣! I am also a connector who LOVES to help people connect with their better self. I believe that food is more than just fuel. It is a powerful tool that can be used to heal the body, mind, and spirit. I teach my clients how to choose the right foods for their bodies, how to prepare them in a healthy way, and how to develop healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.
